Blogging this entry on my phone (once again - a smartphone really is ultra convenient when it comes to things like this!) :) Oh, & I'm currently at Jurong Point with my family!

Life's been well, good for me so far... I guess. I'm really bored at the moment (hence I decided to blog, yay) coz I've finished my meal & waiting for the rest to finish theirs. As I am typing this, a toddler is wailing at the top of her lungs at a table nearby & it's really pissing me off. Don't get me wrong, I like toddlers (I like babies more) but I can't stand it when they start wailing loudly just coz they're not able to get things done THEIR way. Gives me the impression that they are spoilt brats & in desperate need of a severe scolding. >:(

Anyway, tomorrow's the release of the JAE results. Hmmm... No idea if I should get up at 8am just to check the results. I loathe waking up early. :(

What I've been up to recently:

- Having hilarious conversations with Zoe and Ying Qi on WhatsApp! Hahaha these girls never fail to make my day! :')

- Accompanied Kelyn to TP for her JPSAE interview on monday! :)

- Working! Meeting people of all walks of life sure is an interesting experience! I guess the downside of being a sales promoter is encountering snobbish & unreasonable customers. Also, I don't really like to talk much (I prefer writing/drawing & being a loner hahaha! Just kidding. I usually go bonkers with friends!) so I don't really like to make the first move to approach customers even though that is required of my job :/

I mean, don't YOU hate it if someone approaches you and follows you wherever you go when you're looking at an item in a store? I wouldn't even wanna purchase anything when that happens coz my mood would be completely ruined.

- Thinking. A lot. Wondering if I had made the right choice... Wondering if the course I've chosen is suitable for me. Frankly speaking, I would like to work in the media industry but I do not want to become a journalist nor a radio DJ. :/ Hmmm... Then what exactly do I want to do? I guess I'll figure it out when I'm older? Which reminds me, I'm turning 17 this year! *gasps*

It's official. I'm getting old.
*falls into a state of depression*
I don't want to grow up! I want to remain young forever >:(

Received my O level results on the 9th. Frankly speaking, I did not know what to expect as I have this hunch that I have not done well coz I only studied a month before the exam. I even told my friends that I have already expected the worst & reminded them to bring some tissues for me just in case I break down upon seeing my results. But guess what? I did better than expected.

I mean, considering the fact that I only studied a month before the O's, I actually expected to see Fs on my cert but it turned out not to be the case. In fact, I did amazingly well for English & Humanities (Distinctions YESSS!) and a B3 for Chinese (damn. Oh well, I'm still happy though)... The rest were crap (even though I actually put in more effort in those subjects - why is that so?). :/ Oh, I'm thinking of retaking math O's.

My results were enough to get me to the so-called better polys (I say so-called because I firmly believe that all polys are equal and it doesn't really matter to me where I go coz a school IS a school - I mean you go there to LEARN, not because of its reputation or whatsoever) but I decided to put RP Communication & Information Design as my first choice. I am eligible AND interested in design, especially interior design courses; I CAN draw, but I suppose I write better than I draw. My grasp of English is not exactly fantastic but hey, I'll try to improve :3 I just want to do something I like, yo. No matter which school I go to, as long as I get to study something I love, I bet poly life's gonna be awesome! :)

Things I got today:
- A schedule planner
- A diary
- 2 dresses
- 1 top
- 2 pairs of jeans

I'm feeling the pinch even though I'm not the one paying for these items.

Things nowadays cost a bomb. >:(

I can't wait to receive my pay.

I'm not a huge spender so all I need is sufficient amount of money to get a few more items for the new year & that's enough. This may seem unbelievable but I only go shopping once a year. :/ The rest of the time is spent on looking at all sorts of things & lamenting the fact that I can't have them.

Anyway, I've been eating so much recently that my tummy's getting a little too big for me to handle so I'm definitely gonna start working out soon! Speaking of working out, I'm heading to the gym next morning.

I dreamt of G-Dragon last night, by the way. ;)

It was one of the best dreams I ever had in my entire life. He's so adorable kyaaaa :3 What I like best about him is that he has a cheeky smile, he's cool, he can be serious yet childish at times. Definitely my ideal type of guy. <3 Alright, that's enough fangirling.

It feels good to be back home!

I make it sound as though as I've returned home from overseas when I'm actually just back from swimming & a bit of shopping.

I swear, Daiso's a life saver!

I recently bought a charcoal cleansing foam from Daiso & it turned out to be SO good that I decided to go to the nearest Daiso store to get the cleansing foam! My skin really feels smoother & squeaky clean after each wash! I have also tried the mask few years back but I can't really remember how the experience was so perhaps I'll purchase it on another day & see how it goes :)

Not only does it have such positive effects on my skin, it is so budget-friendly at a low cost of $2 :) I'll be sure to get more once my current range runs out :)

Typing this entry out on my phone ;)

Caught local actress Michelle Chong's self-directed movie Already Famous with Kelyn on Thursday evening! Truth to be told, I actually wanted to watch Alvin & The Chipmunks 3 instead as I was kinda sceptical of how the movie would turn out to be like. Kelyn insisted on watching Already Famous though so I decided to give it a go.

I hardly watch local shows, let alone movies. In fact the only local movies I truly like are I Not Stupid (duh) & The Leap Years. The rest were decent but they're just lacking of something.

Anyway, I shall not be too harsh of a critic so I'd say that the movie was not too bad & I gotta admit that Michelle Chong is pretty talented. Alien Huang (aka Xiao Gui) looked really adorable in the film. He sorta reminded me of my favourite guy G-Dragon :) While I like the movie, it wasn't something I'd consider watching again. I mean, there are much better movies out there & this one just doesn't really strike a chord with me. :(

Oh, I forgot to mention this but Kelyn handed me a pair of earrings she got for me from Thailand :) Awww! I love my best friend :)

And on Friday (hours ago actually), I met up with Isabelle! She's an old friend whom I've not seen/talked to for years! I remember being in the same abacus class as her when I was in primary one! I almost forgot that she was also in the same CCA as me in primary school until she brought it up!

Well, since it was the first time we're meeting up after not seeing each other in ages, I honestly thought that things would turn awkward between us. However it turned out not to be the case :) *heaves a sigh of relief*

Alright, it's currently 1.39am. I'm going swimming at 8.30am & I gotta get up an hour earlier to wash up & prepare my stuff! I'm only left with a few hours of sleep... *groans*

What I am up to recently:

- Work, work, work! (F.Y.I: I am currently handling 2 part-time jobs.)

- When I'm not working, I simply stay home & chill... Like what I am doing today. ;)

- Stuffing myself with food!!! This explains why I now have a bulging tummy.

- Well, truth to be told, nothing much actually.

My life is pretty mundane at the moment.
