Went swimming with my girls Kelyn and Dan Ying yesterday. Was in a terrible mood for the past few days coz I've been thinking a lot more than usual so I was really glad that that they were there for me as I poured my heart out to them. :') I love you girls, honestly I don't know how I could pull through without both of you; really, thank you so much. <3

Out with Ying Qi and Darius today.

- Had ice-cream (which for some reason, melted so rapidly that in less than 5 minutes, my chocolate ice-cream turned into 'chocolate milk'.) (´Д` ) It tasted really good though. I wish that it didn't melt so quickly though... I need more time to slowly savour it!

- Had spaghetti and pizza for dinner. :) Happy tummy is happy! *rubs belly in glee* o(^▽^)o

I am not exactly a HUGE K-pop fan. I must say that I do listen to Korean songs though (In fact, I started listening to K-pop like, around 8 years ago?); I feel that these Korean artistes are really talented & I like the fact that their songs are really upbeat, catchy & addictive.

While there are so many talented artistes out there, the one that really caught my eye was G-Dragon A.K.A. Kwon Jiyong, the leader of Big Bang. (Needless to say, Big Bang is my favourite K-pop group.) o(^▽^)o

My friends & I would sometimes discuss amongst ourselves the traits that our potential boyfriends/husbands should possess. Well, my ideal type of boy is someone who is older & taller than me, has a right balance of seriousness & cheekiness, is a fashionista, able to dance or play a musical instrument, is sporty, and well, the list goes on and on. Wow, I know that's a mouthful.

Anyway, the reason why G-Dragon caught my attention was because he happened to fulfil all these criteria. I've watched several videos of him goofing off, being serious and so on, and well, needless to say, G-Dragon is definitely my favourite male K-pop artiste. (^∇^)

Most of my friends know that I absolutely adore him but they don't exactly know why... Well, let me tell you now. The answer is... Because he's like my ideal type of boy. As simple as that. Him being a Korean is just a plus factor. ;)

Anyway, let me go on to another topic. Whitney Houston, one of the world's greatest female singers of all time passed on just a few days ago.

If you don't know who she is, you must be living under a rock. The first thing that came to my mind was the song "I Will Always Love You". I absolutely love her voice & I have listened to many of her other songs like "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and "When You Believe" (in collaboration with Mariah Carey); her death at the age of 48 is truly a big loss to the music world.

I remember crying badly when I heard of Michael Jackson's death back in 2009... While this time I did not shed a tear, I feel that it is a pity that such a thing has to happen... I guess no one knew for sure that she would pass on so soon. Life is unpredictable... It is an undeniable fact that Whitney Houston has an incredible voice & I believe that she'll carry on her music legacy for generations to come.

R.I.P. Whitney, you'll always remain in our hearts.

Blogging this entry on my phone (once again - a smartphone really is ultra convenient when it comes to things like this!) :) Oh, & I'm currently at Jurong Point with my family!

Life's been well, good for me so far... I guess. I'm really bored at the moment (hence I decided to blog, yay) coz I've finished my meal & waiting for the rest to finish theirs. As I am typing this, a toddler is wailing at the top of her lungs at a table nearby & it's really pissing me off. Don't get me wrong, I like toddlers (I like babies more) but I can't stand it when they start wailing loudly just coz they're not able to get things done THEIR way. Gives me the impression that they are spoilt brats & in desperate need of a severe scolding. >:(

Anyway, tomorrow's the release of the JAE results. Hmmm... No idea if I should get up at 8am just to check the results. I loathe waking up early. :(

Alright, gotta go soon.
See you guys :) x
